Weather has been brutal here in Wisconsin. Temps in the 80s and rain almost every day and forecast is calling for similar conditions for another week. I have been MIA on here. Hoping to do some stand placements this weekend with only having a week. I feel extremely unprepared for the opener but I'll get everything done that I need to.
So my plan today was to check cameras on my mississippi place and put more feed out to last for the week we'll be up in Oklahoma. Only card I pulled yesterday had this big sow Thursday morning. So I'm going to grab my AR and sit on the stand for an hour or so before going out and doing the intended chores. Moved another camera that wasn't producing much in new spot. This camera is on a very active scrape and lots of bucks are hitting it at night. A few small ones during the day.
Both food plots are coming up nice. My dads Amish buddy re-did our bale blind cover. Much better. Not sure what the material is but it should last and be waterproof.
