    Hey guys..
I'm just getting back from a work conference and looking forward to getting focused on this weekend when I'll be in a tree in Wisconsin.
Depending on where I'm hunting I could take a doe.. we'll see. But what I do know is that we are starting to get a few more bucks coming onto our property... usually a sign that deer are leaving their summer ranges.
Can't wait to get after it this Saturday.! I'll keep everybody in the loop as it develops.!

post some info on the live from the stand thread as well. I have a lot of fun checking that to see how guys are doing while they're out. looks like I'm off to ohio this sunday to start looking for some public ground to hunt. I can be to the ohio border in about 2hrs. going to be interesting for sure.

Sorry I've been distant the last 24 hours. It has been crazy. My wife gave birth to our first child! [IMG]

Dude that's awesome. One of the few things to take priority over hunting.

Too bad it wasn't born with any hair though

Oh they'll keep you busy like you've never been busy before. But it's all worth it. I have three between 8 and 3 and wife wants one more. I'm not sold yet.

I haven't looked. Did you post it up on the score thread?
Nice work. I would have liked to take a doe tonight but that's ok. Honestly probably better I didn't. Supposed to be 80 here tomorrow and I have to work.

Congrats Wisco.. congrats Bucfvr21your life will never be the same.!
First sit of the year last night; crawled back into some public that we've had some luck on in the past, saw a 3-pointer. Had a friend shoot her first buck ever lastnight... nice 4-pointer. Not a bad opening day.. We'll be back at it tonight.
    Good luck guys.

Didn't get out today. Probably be another week or week and a half before I can get out again. I am going to try to get out Thursday or Friday and move my stand on the soybean field. I saw a lot of deer but by there's a couple trees in my way so by the time I can even hope to have a shot at one they're already about 35 yards. Really had no clue where they were coming out to the field at so we guessed. Turns out we guessed about 15 yards off.
