You returned your clothing, because another hunter was wearing that brand, and now you don't want to be associated with under armour, because of that? Seriously??

I love my ultimate camo and yes I am a admin for their facebook page. But Andy is a member here on this forum and he is one pretty cool dude. We have 2 different patterns and that is all I pretty much need for all my hunting needs.

I hunted for a long time in layers and layers of whatever I could find. I got tired of freezing so over the last couple years I've started trying to invest in some better stuff. Last year a friend gave me a bunch of Scentlok stuff that he didn't use anymore. Then I found a heck of a deal on an IWOM XT so I bought that in Realtree. It was a warm winter so I only wore it a few times and can't really give it a good review.
Most of my gear is focused at mid to late season as I've always been a muzzleloader guy and hunted the first two weeks of December. I still have my eye on a good parka and bibs, but have a hard time spending the money on them. Either some of the Sitka stuff or the Cabelas Wooltimate or MT050 stuff.

I've got a collection of stuff from scentblocker (realtree), scent-lok (realtree), UA (mossy oak/ridge reaper), NOMAD (in kryptek), bandlands (realtree), and ASAT, and to be honest I don't really care much about pattern just how comfortable I am in what I'm wearing depending on the weather.

I love my Iwom even if I have only used it twice.

Quality garments are far more important than the pattern on it. The pattern means almost nothing. Its marketed for he human eye, not the deer eye.

Garage sale camo is the best camo. It doesn't last long unless you only go from the truck to the ladder stand so don't spend a lot or worry about the pattern.

My camo choice always include: holding still, good backdrop when possible, front cover breaking up outline and as little skin showing as possible.

As for the brand most of my stuff is scentlok. However want to try getting some First Lite stuff slowly for the really cold days.

Half the time I wear jeans and a tshirt (for the ground blind) and when I'm in the stand, I wear a scent lock suit my dad bought me. I've also sat on a piece of wood wearing plaid, hanging my feet off a tree and shot a deer as well. So, there is that.

Sit still and break up your outline and you could kill deer while wearing a clown suit.

But, you got close enough for the shot! Just proves my point. :ninja:

Every good hunter knows that you must use red paint on your nose when hunting in a clown outfit. Rookie.

I will admit that the shoes do make climbing trees difficult.

I just pick whatever is most comfortable for me and keeps me comfortable to sit longer. I have scent lok gear and in cold conditions I wear cabelas wool gear. Next stuff I buy will most likely be Sitka I like the pocket options and seems to be comfortable fabric.

I initially hunted in Realtree HD... because it matched my bow... :) And I guess it worked for the area I lived.
I've additionally used older Army BDUs and newer multicam/OCP.
Just recently bought into Sitka's Elevated 2 pattern and will hunt that for the 1st time this year.
