I've been using one on my Z7 for the last several years. I've never had a problem with it. It is pretty easy to adjust the pins. It has been rock solid and is built very well. My only recommendation is to get the one with the wrap.
Yup I've had great luck with mine as well. I second the rock solid statement by jd. Mine is the 5 pin wrapped.
