I've used the Moultrie mostly attached to the hat vice attached to the stabilizer, and takes pretty nice video. Moultrie ReAction Cam 1080p Video Camera
The GoPro Hero 4 I use has been good. The one thing that none of them will ever get away from is the vibration when you shoot. That's the only downfall to mounting a cam on your stabilizer IMO.
I use Ultra Pro X Adventure Cam, it's great and it comes with a post mount that mounts to my stabilizer easily. Tacticam is also a good choice. Also, I occasionally use my phone on the bowfinger 2.0 mount. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
I've tried with a Gopro 2 hooked to a Bike/handle mount on the bow. Was NOT a great setup. Not only did it have the vibration issue, as discussed above, but the fish-eye and false distance perspective made it difficult to see at range. However it did make a 15yrd shot look like I took like a 30+/- I'll also need to look at the recommendations given above.
I mounted a Go Pro on to a stabilizer one year in turkey season. Even at 15 yards you couldn't really see the shot because of the lack of zoom. I didn't shoot a turkey that year but used it practicing.
GoPro yes I agree. Or you might want to check for a second opinion regarding bow stabilizers at Sports Gear Lab.
i am using my gopro hero session on the gopro sportsman mount. i use it on the riser of my bow not on the stabilizer, but with the sportsman mount it could mount to a stabilizer
