So I'm looking to get a 2nd angle camera to mount to the tree and face downwards at me. I remember some of the guys on BHOD used these last season or a couple seasons ago and am wondering on how they are built and if they take good video and last. Also what is the video quality compared to a Go-Pro? Should I spend the extra money on a Go-Pro? Any recommendations on which POV camera to get would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
I used one for a couple of years and it worked great. It doesn't have a menu and the sound pics up well as long as you are not too far away. Say more than 10 feet. I bought one for my niece about 2 weeks ago on Amazon. They were new in the box for $38. (Epic Cam Instant On HD with Remote.) I couldn't believe it, so I bought it and I had it the next day. It serves great as a POV cam.
I went back and clicked the link and the cam is now $129.14. I jumped on it when I saw it that night.
