As a 3 pin sight where the first 2 pins are fixed and the third is adjustable. For example the first 2 would be set at 20 and 30 (or whatever you want them to be) and the 3rd would be adjustable. I've tried looking and the closest ive found is the MBG ascent, but im not certain. Thanks.
The G5 Optix does exactly what you're looking for. Unfortunately they don't make them any more, but I'm sure you can still find a few places online that have stock.
I'm ordering spott hogg custom with a 3 pin housing. 20, 30 and 40 yd pins then the whole housing moves with adjustment knob but you just use the 40 yd pin as the slider.
A Trophy Taker Option sight will do exactly what you're talking about. You just need to decide how far you want to shoot as that will be the deciding factor on what housing you should order it in.
I have the G5 Optix xr. It's a 3 pin fixed with an adjustable 4th pin. I have mine set up for 20, 30, & 40. The fourth adjustable will get me out to about 75 yards. It works very well and is easy to setup the adjustable pin. Too bad G5 isn't making them any more, I wasn't aware of that.
The OP is looking for a sight with several fixed pins and a single adjustable bottom pin, which is what the Optix does. Other multi-pin sliders move the entire assembly and all pins, not just one. The Tek Hybrid, Option, Ascent, etc all move the entire assembly with all of the pins in it.
I've used the Black Gold 3 pin. I'm a fan, just trying out single pins this year. Might go back to a three pin eventually. I custom ordered mine from S&S archery. Can go to there site and change pin sizes, heads, dovetails, etc. Edit. For what you're looking for.. I tried the G5 XR? It was okay, just a bigger fan of moving the entire housing.
Incorrect, the Option sight has one floating pin for dialing the yardage you want plus however many fixed pins you want. The only way it moves that affects the fixed pins is that you can pivot the fixed pins out of the sight window so you're shooting only with the single floating pin. It's not a multi pin slider as it is really a fixed pin sight with an extra single floating pin. With my Option 6 I have my first 5 pins set at the normal 20-60, and since I got the oblong housing, I can run the floating 6th pin down to the bottom of the housing and shoot at 110 yards. Regardless of where the floating pin is the first five pins are always their normal 20-60 yard settings.

Did you use the 20-50 sight tape to get your mover out to 115? I have5 pins 20. 30, 40, 50, and mover. and I used the tapes and mine starts to drop off at 70
Been using the MBG with three pins for the past 3 or 4 years. Using the tape and the floater pin I can shoot out to 100 yards. Makes it nice in the woods to have a 20, 30 & 40 yard pin.
