    Yes they caught him. He was shot with a high power, over a pile of corn, at night. I was speechless when I held it.

    Awesome buck! Sucks to hear he was killed the way he was, it's frustrating that a poacher comes in and kills a buck like this when us hunters are the ones spending hours upon hours and thousands of dollars trying to chase these big bucks the right way. Thanks for sharing!

    Wise old buck to get that big. It would take a accident, disease, or illegal poaching to catch up to him in his prime.

    Those types of stories never stop sucking! Glad they caught him, his penalty should be HUGE!!!

    I have lived in Iowa for over 45 years and can promise you that I have never seen a MALE wearing shorts and cowboy boots. I would think the only way that might be remotely fashionable, would be with camo cargo shorts with a Busch Light in one hand and a catfish in the other.

    I camp and boat all the time. Ne'r wore hot pink and turquoise with cowboy boots whilst doing so. Millennials...sigh. :confused:

    I bet UA comes out with skinny bibs this fall...oh, yeah wait that's all they make.
