Thanks man. Can you just look up the string and cable lengths? Thanks for helping me through this. Never bought new strings so this is all new to me.

Message "bow string depot" on this site. He makes strings and might be able to help you out. I bought a set from him and they are working well. Good luck.

We had our boy Thursday. Everyone is good and healthy. In laws will be here Saturday for a week and that will be my chance for a turkey.

People seeing much out there. We have rain in forecast next few days. Good news for morels!

Saw three Tom's today on property close to town. Hoping they will be moving Saturday morning if the weather is not so bad I'll make it out to public land.

Congrats on the youngun! Don't blink because once you do they will be grown and gone.

I got a couple more rainy days to get past this week. I hope to go out Friday and/or Saturday before the next front comes through on Sunday.

Great night spoiled by some farm work being done. Can't blame them.

Saw 5 gobblers and 6 jakes. 7 hens and some other hens that I'm positive were over the hill and couldn't see. Birds were on both sides of me and it looked like they were interested in each other. Then a tractor came to the back of farm spreading anhydrous. The tractor did have a Jake scared and running right towards me. He ducked into the woods at 56 yards. Pretty fun to watch. None of them were fanning out though. I like seeing that.

Be back out in the morning hoping they are still around.

I noticed my buss cable is starting to fray. I'm out until I can get a new set of strings installed.

Blind gone, uncooperative weather, bow problems, if it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.

Went this morning to some public land I've never hunted. Seen two gobblers going back in the morning after them. Got about a week and a half left in my season

Too many hens this morning. Hard to get them away from the real thing. I won't be out for awhile. Later might be better when they are searching more. Good luck.

I've had the bow problems too. Very frustrating but I do get my new strings on tomorrow evening so hopefully I'm ready for this weekend
