Im starting to do my HARDCORE scouting for the upcoming season. Our season starts in Sept. in North Carolina.

Found this AWESOME app.....maybe yall heard of it..maybe not....if you know of any better...please lemme know!!! but in case there is anyone lookin for a good FREE app that will help wit your scouting....check out HuntStand Lite

my friend that hunts wit me turned me on to it...and I thank its great. any cons that anyone has noticed to it yet? only one I see is that I cannot mark my current location and then move and it follow me and tell the distance I have traveled...but that is EASILY overlooked wit all the other stuff it does...

    yalls thoughts?

    Welcome to today...

Just kidding. It is an awesome app. I used it all last season. Works great. You can even open it up at home when you have service, then when in the field and out of phone service the maps will still work. It's the best free app out there by far!

I have been using iHunt for a couple of seasons. I think back when I got it I had to pay just a couple of dollars. But it's well worth it in my eyes... check it out

Thanks, but I've been chasing whitetails with success for 30 years without it. Imagine that.

I used it this year, I have found that it has been difficult to find apps that have really good imagery of some places that I hunt. HuntStand lite has worked great so far, I am thinking about upgrading to the full version just to support the company that set up such a great site. It has really helped being able to scout areas that are a couple hours away.
