First kid coming in April. My wife is incredibly understanding in the fall for not being into outdoors at all. Not pushing my luck in spring. Past few years something else has always been planned. Plus my college buddies and I have a 15 year camping tradition that has to take place this year to keep tradition going. Can't break it because of a kid. Someday they will be involved too. Usually around morel and turkey hunting. This year will be late summer. Have fun. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The "headquarters" for BH.com are only located about 20 miles or so from the campground. Has there ever been a tour of the operations? Just a thought...
I drove up from Raleigh, NC in 2013.(14 hours one way) Picked up Matt in Cincinnati. Awesome Road Trip. Been coming up ever since! You can do it. Come on up man. If not, fly like I do now. Ticket is less than $300 Round Trip from NC.
It just depends, I may be bringing my fiancé. If I do that, then camping will be a no go lol. I do plan on coming out there and hanging out though. We won't have a whole lot of time up there since its 14 1/2 hours. We plan on leaving about midnight Thursday night so that i can make it up there by Friday afternoon. Then we will have to leave about the same time Saturday night to make it back by Sunday afternoon.
She has some family up there that she hasn't seen in a while, so we figured she could ride up and do the family thing while I'm at the BH.com stuff.
Lol she camps... in our 5th wheel. And I'm not hauling that big sucker 950 miles for the weekend. I'm going to run the camping idea by her tonight and see where it goes Do y'all pretty much hangout at the camp grounds all day?
We will be hanging out at the campground the entire time! They let us shoot bows right where we camp and we have 2 fishing ponds one on each side of our tents
Let her know she won't be the only women either. My gf Tammy will be going again this year! She loved it last year!
