I wouldn't count that out just yet. One of the neighbors flat out doesn't like him. They are always at each other throats. I am kind of their buffer. I think the dispute stems from the guy that set the fire installed a huge radio tower. Most towers have day (white) lights and night lights (red). However this isn't a regulatory requirement. He didn't have the night lights installed as that is a huge cost. The neighbor house is blinded by the white strobe lights at night. Not to mention the tower is a huge eye sore.
Ouch, that sucks. At least your neighbor is kind enough to pay everyone back for what they lost. In reality, it was just an accident.
I hate writing up the report and the billing. Let me guess he was burning a pile of debris, cardboard in a pile has got me more hours of OT than any other combustable material.
LOL! Not quite... He said he was burning the cracks on his patio. It was a real warm day. My guess is he was going to seal them.
