First I would tell the dealer he can go crap in his hat.
Then I would go buy the bow someplace else.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! I got in touch with him and had him order me a new one. All is right, ha. Thanks again!

I would wait. And in the meantime I might be finding a new shop.

My Mathews Dealer actually talked me into getting the No Cam HTR last year after i shot the z2. He let me shoot both back to back, and even though the no cam was an extra 300 dollars i decided to go with the smoother bow... He knocked off almost 200$ from the price! (The HTR had just arrived that day, By The Way)

There's no reason why you should wait. Go somewhere else and get it.

I would never even consider buying a bow that was dry fired or used for that matter, plenty of places to buy a new bow.

That is NOT good customer service. No discount for used? Tell him it was nice to know you and then find a dealer that treats customers like customers.

They don't want to sell the floor models right away cause they just have to replace with another bow....that gets bumped dinged nicked and Dry Fired. Which in turn they would end up selling for yet another discounted price. Before next year's release is the best time to get a floor model but I never liked the thought.

As everyone said, be patient and wait! Occupy your mind with something else in the meantime!
