    After nearly two months, all of the restorations are complete; new kitchen counter tops, new carpet, tile, wood paneling, bathroom upgrades, etc.. here is a sneak peak of the new place from the front/side as well as off of the back porch that I took this evening staring my girlfriend haha ohh... did I mention that it comes with 300 acres with 4 ponds, 5 fields, 3 swamps and hardwoods :rock:

    I can't wait. Me and the boys that are moving in together went out today and bought most of the essentials. As the house was built in the late 1800's, all we have left to worry about are the chandeliers in our rooms haha. But I mean heck, $200 each a month for rent, I can't think of anywhere else that I rather live. Hopefully once we get settled in, I'll be able to show off some trail cam pics

    Love it. We are working on a new place now also. This will be the fourth home that we have bought and remodeled. Always a lot of fun and hard work. And always worth it. I wish mine sat on 300 acres! Looks fantastic.
