Checking in. Left my hand warmers and seat cushion in the truck on accident, shouldn't be too bad though, let's get it done!

Well it's youth season here in Ohio, saw one 100 yards away before shooting light. Already heard about 5-6 shots. Usually see deer in this stand around 8, good luck everyone.

    Put that gun to use!

If I saw a trespasser slipping through it would be seriously tempting to just fire off a round to see how they react.

70, furnace kicked on and brought the wind to light and variable. Rain pitter pattering off the roof.

Only downside is my internal clock isn't set to rest mode yet. Every morning I still wake at 3:30-3:45 amd it takes me a few seconds to remember if I am supposed to be hunting ir not. Then fall back asleep for an hour or two and up and at em

Haven't heard a single shot in at least 30 minutes, this is crazy I figured the deer would be moving today

Whatever keeps you warm. I've worn those as well. Currently wear some scent lok stuff that was on clearance. A bit tighter threadijg.ao cuts wind a little better.

Hands, feet and head are the 3 to worry about. I stci toe warmers between sock layers and stuff a hand muff with hand warmers. Really cold days I'll take a stick on heat oad and stick it on the inside of my stocking cap to keep my head warm. Some people stick them to their kidney areas in the back as well.
