I am not sure about the squirrels, but that DQ double cheeseburger is doing a number on me this morning. Gotta start remembering the Gas-X when I hunt.

Well got out late, usual in mornings for me, made all kinds of noise pulling bow up cause got caught in tree, and somewhere in between here and truck lost my heavier under shirt so gonna be a chilly morning. But already saw a buck and doe right at first light.

Well rattled in a shooter he got to 50 yards but wouldn't come out of the timber. Great morning to forget my grunt tube on top of my truck.

Sixth season, still no buck. Frustration levels at an all time high

Three shots from the same gun usually means you missed!

Yea but it's cold now ha.

Two deer saw at first light came down the draw in front of me to about 60 yards. Ended up being a fork horn, just spent last 10 mins watching him chase the doe around the feild I'm sitting on. Pretty neat.

I just heard 5 shots and then a pause and then 3 more. That sounds like a great shot!

I don't begrudge anyone the opportunity to go hunting. But as far as I'm concerned, the season ends for me when the firearms come out. Nothing is ever the same after that.
