    I grabbed my mem card on the way out.. couple of smaller bucks, one 8 thats gonna be nice next year and caught a yote peeing in the scrape lol

    What are your winds like down there? Still gusting to the 40's here, thinking a lot of the lower trees will be a bit more stripped.

    A lot of rain headed this way next week as well, gun season is going to be interesting next weekend

    Well I decided to brave the wind. I picked a stand that's attached to a big thick healthy tree. It just so happens to over look some bottoms as well as give me a shot out in the plot. I ran into town midday and I was surprised how many deer I saw out in the open.

    Was pretty quiet here have my brother a close friend and myself all bow hunting 2 weeks before rifle season and someone right between all of us sounds off a canon! Keep in mind we are spread out between 600 acres of our private land. Not sure what I hate worse that they were trespassing or that they probably shot a deer!
