I pulled a card on a camera I just put on a fresh scrape last Friday evening and the first two bucks on it were shooters. It's on one of my farms that I have never hunted much but have always known that I need to. I am going in there tomorrow to hang a stand on that scrape and be ready for daytime activity. All buck pictures were still at night, but its been crazy hot here so I was not surprised. I am getting caught up at work and home so that I can take off when the time is right. Good luck all! The next 10 days should be killer.

I just posted my buck to the score card. should boost us another 149 points. Hopefully I can smack another deer out in SD this weekend and post another 50 points for the team. -Chuck
Good deal! Nice job on the buck. I went this morning and had a nice 2.5yr old 8 point at 5 yards. I put up a new ladder stand in the dark and then trimmed up some lanes at daylight and climbed in. I can see several scrapes and a couple good trails from it. Should be a good spot this weekend.
Been slacking on the updates again. This was supposed to be my Friday but changed vacation due to the warm weather. Now, the plan is to hunt Saturday and then my rutcation starts Monday and finishes out on the last day of the season. Activity has been minimal so I'm hoping the best is yet to come. Doing my best to prepare for the upcoming all day sits. Good luck to those that have yet to fill their tags.

Had this little fella come by after I shot my little buck. came in to six yards. Three more weeks and he'd be legal.
I shot a good 10 this morning. I will get him entered in a day or two. He grossed 171. Now I need to get a doe. Good luck guys.

Everyone just make sure you enter your deer with all the info and pics!! If my math is correct and I added all the deer that have not been entered, we will be in first place as long as one of the top teams don't kill a stud! I guess I need to go ahead and shoot a doe for the points. It would be nice for us to win this thing!
