I had a recent experience with Scott Archery's customer service. I own a Scott Mongoose XT release. From the beginning I couldn't find the correct size allen to adjust to tension on the trigger. I even took it to a local big box store and they told me it was stripped. I suspect now they are the ones that stripped it. Fast forward one year. The release started not holding when drawing my bow. I called Scott Archery and was told to send it back. They got it back to me really quick and in the box it said they had replaced all the springs and also replaced the dowel along with cleaned and oiled. I try it out and same issue. My guess is that the allen that is stripped has backed out a little and needs to be tightened. I called them back and this time the guy said just keep that one and sent me a brand new Mongoose XT, the correct size Allen wrench (.50) and a pretty nice real tree Scott Archery hat. Just wanted to share my experience with Scott Archey with everyone.

That's customer service! Had my Scott for 7 years and still works as good as it did the first day.

I love the Silverhorn! I've been using it for years and don't plan on changing. Scott is a great company.

I use to shoot SCOTT releases before switching to Carter. I had an instance with one of the older caliper grip releases. It finally wore out. Bought a new one of the same style. This new one was longer. Called SCOTT, told them what had happened. I described my release to him. No problem he said, we'll send you the parts.
They were great to deal with!

Yea they are really good over at Scott. I screwed up a Rhino XT by getting a little crazy with some lok tight....don't ask. They took care of the issue even though it was my fault and offered to pay for the repair.....the guy there just laughed send send it it....I had it back in about a week.

Good to hear this too. I just entered the market for a new release. I love my Trufire from '07-'08ish and to be honest I don't think they make one exactly like anymore. However, I punched myself in the nose yesterday so I guess a new release is in the near future.

I really like Scott releases. I used to use a Little 'bitty Goose but my wife confiscated it when we got her a bow. Now I have a Mongoose. It's great to read they took care of your problem!

Awesome to hear. I love my Scott Rhino XT. Its probably the best little release I've ever shot. I've heard about the CS from them in the past and it sounds like they haven't faltered one bit.

It's really nice hearing that they actually go above and beyond and give you more than you asked for in the first place, just to show their appreciation and thanks for your loyalty. Makes you want to buy more from them and tell everyone around you.

Customer service can make or break you in the hunting industry in my opinion.
