so far, every year but one( mid sept), the bucks go for these about Oct 20-25 and when they do, its a fun thing to watch.

Hey bucks very curious on your sunflowers, this thing randomly grew out of our little flower bed this summer. This is one plant, the base is roughly the size of a soda can, nearly 30 flowers on it. Ever seen your brand do that? We have no clue where the seed came from. Lots of sunflowers around but nothing like this plant. Going to keep the seeds from a few of the heads and plant them as a screen for an early food plot next year.

WOW. no, have never seen anything like that.
i would love to have that growing at my place.
nothing yet on camera since last check Sept 16.

 

I'll plant some next year and see how they do, if they blow up like this guy, I'll send you a head!
