    After a terrible weekend, I'm back in the stand for this evening. Feels so good to be back in the woods. Chasing one of my shooter bucks. Hope he shows up tonight!

    Went out for awhile today, didn't see a single Deer (near or far) but still a beautiful day here in Md/Pa and thankful for the 1st sit of the year.

    Acorns are falling, dead calm. Thermals are starting to push my sent down the hill which is good news. First time sitting this stand in the three days I've been here. The other spot was dead image.jpg .

    Deer just got up out of its bed 50yds away. Can't make it out very well. Hoping it will come this way to the huge oak tree I'm next to. Good Times!!!

    Gonna head to a different spot this afternoon. Gotta walk through about 300 yds of corn field to access it. Should be good and sweaty by the time I'm in the tree. Oh well that's September bow hunting.
