    And this pic was taken about 2 months ago. We have both lost about 20 more pounds since then.

    I have lost 14in off my waist, dropped 4 pant sizes, and 2 shirt sizes.

    Looking good. I do really well just by not eating after 7pm and no drinks other then water anytime.
