Great looking rack on that buck! You can't judge a buck by his rack, he could be 2 or 10 years old. Looks like you need to angle your camera down a little, that way you get a better pic of his whole body. That's best way to age a buck from a pic. This was my hit list buck even though he might be young, until I saw the most recent pics of him with a broken g3.
