Lol, I imagine a lot of teams aren't going to be too happy about it. Personally I'd have been happy he decided to join in the contest even had he gotten assigned to a different team though, make no mistake, I'm thrilled he's with us.
ANy suggestions for team names? I'd like to throw one on the table: The Mighty Bucks It would make for a frickin sweet logo and be a cool play on something already iconic.

Welcome to the team guys! Looks like we have a pretty good team here! I don't think ill live up to anything close to what other members on this team can pull but ill certainly try my hardest. So what is everyone using this year for gear this year? Also if anyone has any ideas for a team name, please post them up.
I don't know who wants to be captain but the only idea have for a team name that would be something different, is make it like a band name. So the captains name first, for example, Cole and the Double Lung Shufflers. I really like The Mighty Bucks though.
Name is my handle. I am an owner of a construction company. I handle the operations part of the company, had a rough year last year so I knew I would not be able to hunt much so I did not enter any contests, not fair to the team. I hunt private and pubic land. Have a few good size bucks running around but might have to pass on few to let them grow. 2-3 years ago we got hit hard by that EHD and it knocked out a lot of deer. One we found that was 173...too bad but that is nature. Then the hard winters we took more hits. They are starting to comeback. The one I will shoot for sure is one I call Dagger. He had 12-14 inch G-2's last year and with the cam pics I am thinking 5.5 this fall. Have him on camera this year and it looks like he is adding points to the right side but the same on the left. I have not finished looking at the SD for the last two weeks. Checking in...sorry long winded. Should be a fun year.
If we go with Mighty Bucks, I was thinking something like this as a logo. This is rough and sloppily put together but as a rough idea.
Im really liking Mighty bucks as well. I think it would be best to decided the team captain when everyone checks in.
Checking in. Ill be hunting mostly Southern Ohio but I also have a 300 acre farm in Northeastern Ky so I should have plenty of deer to choose from w some dandy's. hopefully the present there selves! Me and a Buddy film for a TV show on the hunt channel, Antler Addiction so hopefully one of the big boys come in and ill have the footage for you guys!! Ohio season comes in September 26th here in Ohio and September 5th in Ky so it wont be long!! Good luck everyone!
I have a Bowtech Boss on the way now...upgrading from the Carbon Knight. I've got lots of shooting to do in the next month.
