    I've been bowhunting for years, but just got on this site because the anticipation of the upcoming season is tearing me up! In my head its bowhunting 24/7, so hopefully spending time with other like minded fanatics will ease the pain.

    Welcome! I enjoyed hunting in Colorado last fall and now I'm addicted even though the elk didn't cooperate! Can't wait for my return trip in 2016.

    I'll be making my way back to CO in the coming years as well. We had a blast hunting near Clark (Steamboat) last Fall.

    Fitz - in my younger years, I spent my winters as a seasonal snow mobile ranger up in Clark. We patrolled that whole area up to Wyoming. I helped a guy drag a big bull elk off of Hahn's peak in six feet of snow and when we got to the campground, he went into his camper and threw me a can of baked beans as a thank you. It takes all kinds.
