I wanted to try a biscuit on my new NoCam bow. I had an old biscuit medium size lying around so I put it on. I'm shooting Carbon Express 250 shafts. I checked and can see some daylight around the top of the shaft once it's on the biscuit. Well I couldn't get a group at all at 20 yards. One time I'd be shooting to the left, the next time to the right. So I put a RipCord on the bow and my typical groups were back. The bow is shooting great.

Here's the question, do you think I needed the large biscuit and my problems wouldn't have happened. I don't have a spare large insert so I can't try it and hate to buy one if I'm wasting my time.

    Thanks for any feedback.

I haven't heard of that happening with a whisker biscuit before. It sounded like you had the right size for the arrow so it's probably just the rest on that particular bow.

I swapped my bisquit for a ripcord, I'll never go back.

That's your shooting form, not the WB. One of the biggest benefits to the drop away is that it reduces form hand torque on the riser. You should work on better form, it will improve your shooting, especially with a drop away on.

Ive shot whisker buscuits for the last 3 seasons and I have never had a problem with it(knock wood). Sounds like something thats on your end, form, grip, anchor point.

I think you guys hit on the problem. I'll work on my grip and form. Thanks.

Follow through is important and my biggest weakness. Keep the bow up and your eye on the target until the arrow hits it.

I'd have to agree. I have a whisker biscuit on my PSE Evo (first bow). From the first 6 arrows I shot with it, I never had an issue.

do you shoot with both eyes open or 1? I found when I went to both open I got even more consistent with my shots
