    Picked this guy up from the taxidermist yesterday afternoon. Mid September CT Bowkill from this past season. Couldn't be happier. Pics don't do it justice... detail in eyes, snout, ears, & neck is amazing. Love the early season coats. Couldn't be more pleased...

    Took the pics with my Cell phone... came out crappy, I know.
    Swamp Stalker... I was shocked when he came in and I saw he was still in velvet. I had several smaller bucks coming in to that spot that had just shed. I had a pic opening day afternoon still in full velvet... I shot him on the 3rd day of season.. just starting to peel. Taxi said it was falling off in his hands. 1 more day it would have been off he said.
    I am truly blessed... and lucky... lol
