...done any modifications to their fiber optic sights? During the winter months I have been doing some modifications to my bow. I shortened my draw a bit, and have been basically doing an overhaul on it. In the process I have noticed that my sight pins aren't as bright as they once seemed. I am looking to see if anyone has any tricks to bring some life back into them. I am considering pulling the fibers out and replacing them with new fibers and extending them into a coil that mounts to the side of the sight, to help absorb more light.

My current sights are I believe True-glow sights .19 diameter. If anyone has any tricks or experience on this I would appreciate your insight.

    Shoot straight!!!

My trick would be to throw the Truglo in the trash and buy a better sight. Just my opinion. MBG have very bright fiber optics.

    This.

My Tru-Glo was absolutely trash... I was on a budget and upgraded to a trophy ridge 3 pin and it is 10x better.

I love my Trophy Ridge stuff too, way better than the Tru-Glo stuff I've had over the years.

LOL...Well it looks like it is unanimous!! You guys have convinced me that it is absolutely necessary to have to go buy new sights. I hate when I have to buy something new and exciting for something that I enjoy doing. :-) LOL...
