Not sure. All I know is if you have any kind of issue with their releases, they'll fix it, free of charge. Great company.
Well I have a older little bitty goose that I can't keep the pin that holds the trigger in the housing.
In my experience it means no matter what, send it in and get it back as good as new or replaced with a new one... I've had to use it 3 times so far. Great company. Hunting coastal areas around salt water destroys releases.
I have a Mongoose release and lost the trigger post this past season(??). Emailed customer service and within a week had new trigger post, no problems,no questions asked! Great service! Ken
My buddy just bought a Scott Exxus and had some trouble with it. They returned his email within 20 minutes and said send it in and they'll make it right. That's good customer service

I had my Little Goose Trigger screw to adjust sensitivty stripped by my friend and they replaced the entire housing, because they couldn't fix it. It is true about their "Can't Beat it Gurantee" That what ever the problem is, even if it's your fault they will fix it.
