How do you position the fletching with a drop away rest? I just had a qad put on my bow. I had a spring type rest previously and had the cock feather facing down, I noticed a rub mark on the rest. I figure ill try it facing up, just curious how you guys have yours.

I had the same problem with my qad rest with my cock feather facing down. I moved my cock feather up and it fixed the problem. If its still touching your gonna have to adjust your rest or nocking point

It was a slight rub, I figured it was just the fletching touching as it went over the rest. Thanks

I have never ever shot a single arrow without having the cock feather up. Just a tad turned if needed to avoid contact.

I have it so one of the vanes stick straight up. I use the trophy taker extreme xl, so it might be different for your qad.

I noticed if I had mine strait up I would have rubbing but if I move it to the 1o'clock position I don't have any rubbing.
