when does your season end??

We have about about 4 more days in the GA,northern zone[ends on the 1st] I am gonna head out tomorrow to hunt the last two days on the farrm..

But....

in the metro counties we can hunt [bow only] till the end of Jan.. I have a line on some property close to the house, just working out the details..

 

Packed all my stuff away this past weekend but, had a very eventful first year on our new property.
Pushing almost 100+ hours in the woods this year, so cant say the season ended too early!

 

It's done for me, my stuff still needs to be organized and packed up but I'm out of time

 

Can't say the same it has been a great year deer wise 5 in the freezer and one for the wall a few more days to go, unless I can get this new metro property. I feel like I'm just getting warmed up.. I love coooold weather and we are finally getting some...

 

Closes December 31 here in Minnesota. I shot my 1 arrow November 5th tagged out, my season lasted a total of 8-1/2 hours over 3 sits.

 

January 15th, so I still have about 2 weeks to put one more deer down.

 

I don't know if I could live in a state that allowed only one deer..lol

when I grew up in MI it was one and you could get drawn for a doe tag, the sad thing was we had plenty of deer in the county I lived in..

 

January 1st is the last day here in North Carolina. So far a fair season. Only have the opportunity to hunt a few days, but put three in the freezer so far. Hope to fill another tag on the 1st, but it's hunting not killing. Have a wonderful off period. Happy New Years!

 

Northern zone for rifle in northern ga ends jan 1. However bow season is open til january 15th.

 

not in the northern zone it ends on the 1st of jan.... The gen deer season gun or bow runs till Jan 15th in the southern zone..

In the metro bow only counties it runs until jan 31st...

in other words....You can not hunt in the northern zone other then the metro counties after the 1st of Jan and only with a bow..

 

January 4th for bow season, If you can find a spot to hunt in a metro unit it goes to January 31st. Still trying to find some land in the metro area to hunt.

Bow season Comes back in on January 1 and goes out on January 31 in my zone here in Jersey.

 

january 18th here in Illinois. Looking to get a couple more for jerky and snack sticks yet before it ends.

 

January 24th in my part of PA. I'm tagged out but hopefully get a chance to take the girlfriend out a couple times.

 

True. I hunt in those counties just hadn't looked up the regulations since the season opened. Thanks for sharing the insight
