What in the hell... What's that recipe?! "Perch tacos"?

Never ever thought about putting salsa/cheese on perch.

You just fry the perch in the frying pan?

I use a deeper electric skillet. Bread to your liking and fry them up and add whatever you want to the taco.

There's more than one way to skin a cat and I get sick of the same breaded fillet or bite size fried fish bites so it's nice to do something different every now and then. Seriously, try it out!

That's like ordering a Delmonico "medium well", and dangerously close to asking for ketchup to put on it........

Perch is not quite the same as Delmonico steak, it's Pretty common and fairly easy to get around here. You eat enough steak, your eventually going to look for new ways to prepare it

Actually, it's not like that at all. You don't seem to have a clue of how easy it is to obtain fresh fish in MN. My freezer is often full of it much like vension. And yes I do like a good fish taco now and then.

You know you're from Minnesota, when you use beer cans as a form of measurement :D

Dang it... I just ordered a new rod/reel combo 2 weeks ago. Should have waited.

    Thanks for the heads up!

One thing I would love to do in my lifetime... Head to Lake Erie for walleyes. Anyone ever been?

14" of ice here, the main lakes are full of houses and pick up trucks.
