Anyone shooting these? What are your thoughts? Are they loud? I got a new bow coming and I'm thinking on trying some different arrows. For what it's worth I shooting 65# and 27.5

I have no experience but being that they are lighter arrows they will be inherently louder.

I shoot the Maxima reds. From what I was told was that the reds are more accurate and consistent with broad heads then the blues.
    63# 28"draw length 250 spine 100 grain tip.

Thanks. Your shooting about the same set up as me. Any idea on your speed?

Yes I have a dozen CX Bleu streak Select and love them...

I'll buy another dozen soon, just to make sure I don't run out!!!

Using them for hunting, target as well as 3D shooting.

Well went to the archery shop and it was closed but the guy who runs it was there starting a remodel, opening the shooting lane for archery. He is making it wider for a virtual shooting screen. He let me use the chrono and I shot a dozen arrows threw. Came up with the high being 309fps(5times) and 290 (3times) and the other were 303,295 and 1 at 275. I would have to say that I am in between 290 and the 309fps. The reds(arrows) are heavier then the blues I believe. When you are looking for the fps it is tuff because a lot of things are going on. Like anchor point. wrist turn with release (torqueing the string), am I at full draw or did I let off alittle before the shot, is my anchor point the same, are my arrows fletched the same way. So, what I believe is this this, if I shoot @ 28"draw with 100 grain field tip arrow @ 63# with close to perfect form I would be @ or close to 309fps, which I believe lines up with the specs Mathews gives @ a 30"draw @ 70lbs shooting 342fps. that is a 10lb draw diff. and the arrow is probably lighter. For hunting I would go with the reds and blues for 3d. Oh! they are quiet until impact. Reds all the way. I use the same arrows practicing, 3d and hunting. I am a true believer of using the same setup no matter what. Silence until impact. Hence my name tag enemy of silence. Silence until? The end. Hope this helps.

I'm shooting Blue Streaks this year however I added a 50 grain brass weight to the back of my insert so both my speed and noise levels are going to be different than yours. My total finished arrow weight is right around 440 grains and I'm shooting 287 fps from my Chill R @ 65 lbs/28.5 inches. So far I'm very pleased with these arrows and can't wait to kill something with them come October. :tu:

Hunted with blue streaks this year and up until two weeks ago I loved them. I was up in Ohio hunting and shot two does and both arrows were broke about 8 inches from the nock, I'm still trying to figure out what happened and why but would love to hear others opinion if this has ever happened to them.

I used them before and liked them but for me they were just too light that's why I switched to the FMCS way better penetration, quieter and tougher. I think the blue streaks would be nice for 3d shoots.

JZ, just curious what type of inserts and weights you are using that fit?
