My arrow wont move

I have been sighting in my bow and even though i move the sight my arrow still wont move. I paper tuned and im getting a perfect bullet hole, so I don't know what the problem is.

 

Make a slight rest adjustment to pull em back in line.
Follow your arrow with the adjustment.

 

So if it is shooting high i move the rest down?

 

What kind of site? I had the carter pin work it's self out on my HHA once and as much as I adjusted the wheel the site never moved. It was funny after a 1/2 hours of trying to figure out WTH.

They said they got in a bad batch and offered to fix it but I just did it myself.

If you need to adjust up or down, move your nock point.

 

Have you paper tuned your arrow since you started trying to sight in? I had a knock once come loose and slid on my string oh so slightly that I wasn't noticing it. When I would adjust my pin nothing was happening. I finally picked up on the problem when I knocked the arrow and seen that the arrow wasn't sitting horizontal. Just a thought, maybe try paper tuning one more time if you haven't already.
