Just had small buck come by at 5 yards with his nose to the ground, looking for a doe.

I'm setup on the ground in my ghillie suit this morning. I've already seen 4 bucks. I had a decent 8 point cruise behind me at less than 10 yards but I couldn't get drawn for a shot!

Headed out early this morning, and got a shot off on my first buck at around 7am! Going in to track the trail in about an hour. Arrow looks good! Story to come later.

This wind may be too much. Sustained 20+ gusting 30+

Turkey went up the big hill to my front right. Was hoping they might push something but it's also down wind as well.

Definitely not looking promising. Would be nice to get a glimpse of something just to know they will move.

One coyote and three does so far. I couldn't ever get a shot at the fawn killer. I'd sure like something to shoot, I'm itching to try these slick tricks on something.

Just had my first sighting. Big doe and fawn down wind about 125 yds. Was a bit skittish and walked quickly across the path followed closely by a third, either doe or young buck couldn't see the head of that one.

    It's something

Just had a 130" 8 pointer at 35 yards walking straight to my shooting lane. You can guess what happened. Wind switched completely and started blowing straight to him. Damn you wind!

Damn it. Just missed a coyote. I guessed him at 30, must've been closer to 35.
