Personably I would choose a limb driven rest over a cable driven rest any day... Limbdriver, limbdriver proV come to mind...TT also makes a decent limbdriven rest also.
They are a breeze to set up.

If your stuck on a cable driven rest the HQX is the way to go.

Only thing I don't like about the Code Red is that the arrow can fall off to either side when letting down. I will definitely go full containment next time.

QAD HDX Ultra for me also. Very dependable and quiet.

Limbdriver Pro or Limb Driver Pro V. They're the ones I use but there are other limb driven rests that I'm sure are really good also. To each there own but I have to say I'm amazed that more people don't use limb driven rests. I've tried about every cable driven rest there is and IMO nothing beats limb driven but it seems I'm definitely in the minority on that so maybe I'm full of it.

I also use the original NAP Apache. It's a great rest have never had an issue with it. Can't beat it for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. I may get the Apache Carbon next though. But I don't see myself needing a new rest anytime soon.

QAD, never had any issues and they stay cocked when letting down, you won't be disappointed with one.

I had the QAD HD rests on the last 2 bows I owned and even put them on my wife's and daughter's bows as well. Now that I have gotten a new Elite Energy 35 I also switched over to a Vapor Trail Limbdriver Pro V. So far I am more than happy with this rest and glad I made the change. So unbelievably easy to set up.

I wanted to put in my 2 cents for the Revolution 2.0 by Trophy Ridge. Put one on my bow this year and "Wow" what a difference. My accuracy has improved along with my confidence! Can't speak for the rest of them but I really like the Revolution.

I guess I'll be odd man out. I have TT Smackdown Pros on both my Elites. Love 'em.

Matter of what you want I guess. I shoot a Ripcord Code Red - mostly because that's what I put on after hearing some goods things about it. I can't speak intelligently about other brands as I have no experience with them.
