yer mate, sounds good, should be north for a little bit in a few weeks hopefully, been reading about jackals hide, be good to get out there, im outa venison and i hate it lol...rabbits are getting a flogging lately as a result lol.

re the jig, couldnt believe my eyes the next morning, im such a typical stupid bloke and failed to read the instructions ha ha. my jig is now like brand new and i even poured the acetone back into the container for using it again. I destroyed my last one trying to get glue off with a stanley knife.

your lady is due soon, how many is this? first one or more? ive got 5 boys and a girl and my wife wants another girl! cheers buddy

Yeah been out only the once this year mate, saw a couple of good fallow does and got a 35yd stalk onto a good size pig but couldn't get him to stop so didn't take the shot. Pretty much the only hunt I'll get it this year as my wife is 35 weeks pregnant so won't get much time out in the bush till the little one arrives and things settle down. Reckon we'll get out to Jackals Hide in October to look for a few sheds and maybe chase some billys around. We'll have to organise a trip out there next time you're up in QLD or just time to grab a beer.

Keep me posted on how things go for ya and thanks for the tip about the fletching jig, will clean mine this week that way.
