So slow I could cry. Hopefully with this cool down will see some more movement. Heading out again this weekend.

ugh the leaves are falling and temps are falling as well. Im very happy I tagged out on the 17th but man o man I need to get in the woods again very shortly!
I shot this doe around 7 am this morning. . I saw them in the corn at a distance..I hit the can call and the six pointer came in. Shortly after 2 does came in. The buck was following them around for a while until I took the shot! Go get em people..a little venison in the freezer now..time for the muy grande now!
Had a pretty eventful weekend. Saturday night I had a 145 inch main frame 8 with some trash at 80 yards. Sunday night I had a 110 inch 8 at 66 yds, I probably would have shot him if he was a little closer. Heading to argyle to hunt tonight

I've found very little scraping activity in Pepin County - probably due to how freaking green it is... HAHA> No it does seem a bit behind in my area - crops are not out at all yet... waiting a few more weeks!
