My first gun hunt this year will be the first week in November in the Palo Duro region of the Texas panhandle. I will try my best to "take one for the team"...literally

 

What will everyone be using this gun season? I will either be using my grandpas .30-30 or my remington 700 .30-06.

I love my venture in .223 I killed 45 groundhogs so far this year. Extremely accurate rifle.

 

This is my public land buck from last year. I'm still waiting for results on a couple big deer tags.

 

Remington 11-87. Ny and Ohio are mostly shotgun hunting where I hunt. I can use a rifle in some counties that I hunt in ny. I have a few rifles that I use 270 308 and 7 mm. Muzzleloader season I use a Winchester x-150.

I was turned down for my second rifle and muzzleloader tag. I'm really disappointed since my odds were pretty good, but I guess there's next year.

 

Checked my trail cameras and ended up with a new hit lister. Can't wait to hunt him on the 4th.

 

So when does everyones gun season start. November 15th here in NY.

 

Anyone having any luck?

 

We open December 1st. None of our shooters have been killed yet so we have lots of targets.

 

Saturday morning is go time. Just shot the 06 to make sure its ready.
