The problem in that place is all the young dudes hitting the sauce. The acne, mood issues and immediate muscle blow up is no bueno. As you said there are also plenty of guys with good upper body size and legs that are pathetic.
I know. It's sad but true. Best example for small legs is a guy I see once in a while. During the winter he looked ok but now that he is wearing shorts I always have to laugh (on the inside of course :D ) You probably saw him before. Always wears red/black striped arm sleeves and a belt that looks way toooooo tight. And by that you mean? lol
I have never been a fan of social networking so I rarely ....if ever.....have the experience of communicating this way. So if being on those site is like this then maybe ive been missing out...is there a hunting/gym page on facebook???
Not sure if there is a gym/hunting page that combines both. Maybe the Cameron Hanes page but there are tons of archery, hunting and gym pages and groups.
I slacked big time this week....missed three weekdays! Can I use a double header softball game that went till 1030 as an excuse for one miss? Maybe count that as leg day?
I haven't taken the last year and a half seriously. think I'm gonna get back into it hard core this week and I will be skipping leg day, ain't nobody got time for that.
You are forgiven Troy hahaha ice been slacking a little but too though. It's hard to find time between work, family get togethers, dogs and bow shooting. Then we went on vacation and yeah you know how that goes. Tomorrow I'll start with low carb and lifting again. Hate to be this out of shape...

Made up for my slacking. Saturday and today Sunday made it to gym both days, I usually take week ends off. Leg day this morning, You know its a good one when walking down three flights of stairs is a challenge LOL
It takes me twice as long to walk down the stairs at the gym on leg day lol Worked for 10 hours (6am-4pm) and helped my mom move until after 10pm. I think I had enough cardio yesterday lol
