Is the body/head fake and you put the tail and beard on? It looks good. I've done a few like that for a buddy. I skinned it and put on a form and used a fake head. Something else that looks good is to skin the back out all way and leave the fan on it. Again, yours looks great.
Yes the head and body are fake. I ordered it through Van Dykes. We have done a couple of those for customers where we skinned the back and tail out they are pretty nice too. I have been wanting to try one of these for a while and I like how it turned out. I was a little worried it would look cheap but it is pretty nicely made.
