What tag did you get in what state?

I got dedicated hunter* on the Nebo unit in Utah.

    Archery muley tag in Colorado.

*Dedicated hunter allows you to take 2 buck mule deer in three years. Also, I can hunt with bow, muzzle loader or rifle. I will have to put in 32 hours of volunteer time to dwr approved projects. But I had to do that every year where I hunted in Illinois so I'm used to it. :)

Idaho Elk Salmon A tag (either sex)
was a bit nerve wracking - came in the mail all mangled, my best guess is it got caught in some sort of sorting machine w/USPS.
I called F&G and they could not have been nicer. Mailed the damaged one in, got the replacement back along with a handwritten note w/in a week.

I drew the first archery elk hunt, either sex, in the Valle Caldera preserve here in New Mexico. The hunt location is about 20 miles from my house! Can't wait! I've been flinging about 100 arrows a day preparing for the hunt.

    I drew/will draw
    WY Buck Antelope
    WY Doe Antelope
    AK Black Bear
    AK Limited Draw Moose
    MT General Elk
    MT General Deer
    AL Deer

Will likely leave it at that unless I miraculously find enough free time and money in December to hit up the AZ OTC deer hunt out in the desert again.

yes it was, especially when on their website it says no replacement tags for lost tags...Honestly they could not have been nicer or more helpful. It helped that it was obviously damaged in transit. Looked like the envelope had caught between two sorting wheels and gotten scorched all the way through, fusing the tag to the envelope. They print on heat sensitive paper so not only was it fused but also blackened to the point of being mostly illegible. When I got it, I just stood next my mailbox for a good 30 seconds totally dumbfounded.

Me and my partner are doing a DIY...not including drive days, we will probably be up there Sept 12th-26th.
