okay, I believe my season is the first week of May. I know I've got some real nice birds on the property. I've gotta borrow some decoys and some calls then I'll be all set.

I would be more than happy to help manage the thread as captain.
Think we should wait to see if anyone else would like it though.
Maybe we can start tossing around some names too

Rookie question for Team Vets. I have a 4 bird limit, should I enter first bird, all birds or wait till I tag out (hopefully) before submitting my bird?

You can enter all of your birds but only the biggest will count for our team score.

Understoood, I meant should I hold off my entry on my first bird till the end of the season to see if I get a bigger bird. But its all for fun and really I'm just being over competitive. I'll just use judgement when I enter a bird.

I head out Saturday for opening day, hopefully the big feller comes walking in. Good luck to you guys as well. I got my new bow broke in and stacking arrows on top of each other at 20 yards. Just need a fast forward button to get me to the weekend.

The way I do it is I will post my score here in the team thread, then hold off till I know I'm done hunting before posting in the score board to save dubs the trouble of sorting it out. I can tag 2 birds in Iowa and 1 in Illinois.

And actually in the rules thread it says you can enter only the largest of the first TWO birds.
