Rather uneventful evening for me. Just saw 4 does this evening, hopefully I can get my eyes on a buck come Sunday morning.
Havnt been able to get out as much as I usually do this year. Did get out today for a few hours, and had a doe and 2 fawns walk by at 10 yards. No shot. I will be out all day tomorrow, and then Sunday morning. After my morning sit on Sunday, I will be doing a little scouting and setting up a ground blind for gun season next weekend.
Well guys, we almost had 50 more points on the board. Missed a doe last night, 30 yard shot. Sailed about an inch over her back after she jumped the string.
Hey all I got the team 50 the other day. I will post pics one day when I get a chance. I am hunting hard so dont spend much time on the computer. I cqnt get the pics posted from my phone. I am sitting in a tree now so later on guys, I need to get a buck on the ground!

I was planning on going out tomorrow but there is a BAD wind for the stand I want to hunt so I think going out will do more harm than good. I'm pushing 100 hours in the stand this year so I think I'm going to give myself a break tomorrow. I hate to do it on November 9th but I am exhausted. Great wind for Sunday though, will probably sit all day.
Brad what heater did you end up getting? I built a box blind and am gonna run a Mr.Heater Buddy. I got a 10ft hose to hook up to a big propane tank, hope it works good. Did u find a cookstove yet?

Nice doe! But isn't that your second doe? I thought we were only allowed to enter 1 into the contest?
I just checked the rules, and it looks to me like I can enter two does. Yesterday was probably my last day of bow season. I couldn't of finished stronger than harvesting this doe. I did pass up other nice bucks, because their was a really big eight that I was after.
The bucks are still moving good here in KY. Saw 4 different bucks yesterday, none were chasing but very responsive and grunting. Hope I can finally see one of my target bucks and put one on the ground! Not sure when I will get to hunt next, things are changing at work so I might not have as much time.
