I messed up my shoulder in my game Wednesday so I'm gonna give it a couple of days before I climb any trees or pull my bow back. But don't worry I'll be back out soon
Was out today and was going to sit a bean field that was not harvested, I got there was guess what, yup all the beans were gone. Trail camera showed that they combined them on the 15th. Nice night to sit but didn't see anything...Gonna try to get out later this week

Congrats Dave My week was a bust, I took the week off to hunt the Early Muzzleloader season here in Iowa and due to some family issues only got to hunt one day, saw absolutely zippo deer. Then on Saturday and Sunday hunted the antlerless management hunt at Desoto National Wildlife Refuge north of me. Saw three deer in two days, and those were in a ditch 10 minutes before legal shooting time. Now it's back to bow hunting for the rest of the season. Don

Actually the butcher just called and said my deer is ready. I will try to pick it up tomm. after work and have the rack scored and posted by Saturday evening. Goodluck out there guys and be safe. Dave
Well as some know, I got a buck on the ground last night!! Story and all is in the bowhunting talk page, so Ill leave that there. But will post pictures here because I feel like showing off haha!
Awesome buck! Congrats! I plan to get out this weekend in hopes that the bucks will be up and moving since this cold front has moved in. Hope everyone else is having a great season as well.
Thank you guys. I came up with 112.75" for a score. Not to bad, my biggest so far. Also want to point out I shot my buck for team 22 on the 22ed! Thought that was kinda cool! Lets get some more team! Im ready to win this thing now!!
