I usually just leave it in one spot, but it's pretty quiet on the carpet Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk 4
Good day in the stand for the family. My 17yo daughter took her first bow deer, nice doe. My son took a 3 pointer and I shot a doe. My doe took a step as I shot and I'm pretty sure she was liver shot. Good mule kick from her but then she stood at 50-60yds and didn't go down she was humped up, ears laid back and just slowly walked away. I let her go and will be back in the AM to find her. All in all a great afternoon.
These two boys walked by with too other bucks tonight along with some does. Never had a shot at eitheir but my dad who was on the other side of the field passed the eight and never had a shot at the 10. Also had two does come in at last light but was getting dark and didn't fell confident making an ethical shot in the situation. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
Ah, couldn't tell that it was carpet when I was on Tapatalk. That's a pretty good idea to keep the noise down.
Thick cloud cover and rain has held overnight. Moon was all but nonexistent, should be a dark quiet entry into stand. Glad I waited until today to go now, hopefully it pays off.
Sitting in the blind today on a cut bean field, no bucks on any of my cams at my stand locations, starting to worry bout the shooters I was watching, have not seen them on cam in over a month and have not see any of the decent 8s that were regulars on my cams either.
First sit of the season. Overlooking a clover field with a acorn tree close by. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk 4
The moon this morning was crazy bright. I'm hoping for good morning movement. Sky was only like this for a few seconds. Its a good morning.
Had a decent buck pass through before light. He stopped on top of a hill and I could see his silhouette in the skyline. That was awesome.
