Don't use the waterproof housing if you want usable audio. Depending on what you're planning to shoot, shoot 120fps for ultra slow motion, otherwise 60 and/or 30fps is fine (the black shoots 1080p/60 right)?

    What mounts did you buy?

Do - Send it to me to figure it all out for you.

Don't - Delay sending it to me to figure it all out for you.

Forget trying to use the audio from it at all. They aren't the best in low light, and make sure to turn it off when done!

X2, especially the battery life. The only way I made it through the entire tough mudder on one battery was turning it completely off in between obstacles, and this was on the 2 which has better battery like than the 3.

Mounts, practically all of them LOL... Tripod, headstrap, clamp, handle bar/ pole, extra curved and flat mounts.. figured every scenario I'd use it for, treestands, kayaking, Harley, etc.. etc...

Got extra battery, touch LCD screen, came with remote...

If you mount it on your bow, set it to narrow angle. Wide angle is nearly useless in that case.

If you use it in a boat attach a float of some sort on it! They will not float for a second! Don't ask, Yes.

I don't mean to piggy back off of your post but I am considering purchasing one myself. The convenience of it is much better it seems then lugging out a video camera. Are they worth it??
