I know there is an iPad attachment to read SD cards, but not sure about phones. Check the apple website. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk www.skyangler.com
I use an AirStash reader. It works great for me. AirStash®: wireless flash drive + pocket media server + SD adapter for iPad, iPhone, Kindle Fire, and more I have the older version. It's also great for streaming movies on long card rides
I think their is some sort of air card but I could be wrong i know they make one for the iPad because I have one and it works great.
Take your laptop or digital camera with you, no need to buy a card reader or trail camera picture viewer. I throw my laptop in my backpack when I check cards, it is light and I can save/delete/view the pictures right in the woods.
I don't want to bring a laptop because I want to check the cards in stand and don't wana be up there with a computer lol. Maybe ill but a cheap camera to check it. Thanks for the replies
The Apple branded card reader does not work with my iPhone. It does however work with the iPad. I find this works best. Just copy the pics over, blank the card, put the card back in cam, and have instant viewing capabilities if desired.
Also on amazon is a Kingston Digital MobileLite Wireless Flash Reader for Smartphones and Tablets (MLW221) For $55. I might get one of these
You put the card in the reader & turn it on. The device creates it's own wireless signal & you pull photo from that. I pull a card, put it in, turn it on and throw the stash in my pocket or pack. Then I pull out my phone and view the card. You can stream movies off of it too if you'd like. There's a free app that works with it.
Samsung Galaxy 2 tablet has a mini sd card reader built in. I buy the mini sd card adaptors to a mini sd card a full size sd card and use them in my cameras. Small, light weight and works great. $169 on amazon.
Do you currently have a digital camera with an LED display? If so, you have your card reader right there.
