It got to it's last stop before my town almost three hours ago... Starting to get a little excited!

Nope, it's on the delivery truck. In fact, I have the FedEx website up and continually refresh. Going to be a nice distraction tonight after this last week at work.

Heading out to bass pro this weekend to hopefully pick up the same bow!

Also, noticed you have an alpine quiver from your picture on the first page. I had the same quiver last season - nice affordable quiver. It worked great until I was lowering my bow and my haul line slipped the last foot or so. Bow landed quiver side down and the bracket snapped off the mounting screws. Can't blame it too much though, it was January and it was really cold so i'm sure the plastic was brittle.

Awesome dude!! Definitely post some pics of the new setup when she gets in. I really like Bear bows. The ones that I've shot anyway.

It's a nice shooter. I'm going to enjoy it. I like my quiver, except it holds five, not six. But that's a minor complaint

    Which ones have you shot?

Besides the first bow I ever had which was an old school whitetail 2. I've shot the Encounter, Legion (which is the bow I shoot now), and the Mauler. I haven't shot any of the 2013 lineup except the Legion which is still in the lineup from last year. They all were great bows. I decided on the Legion because it just felt right and the price.

Its an awesome shooter for a "budget" bow. Actually the main difference that sold me on the Legion over the Encounter was the looks. They both shot great I just like the feel of the Legion a tad more but the looks of the Legion are awesome to me. The Mauler was a nice bow aswell but it was more expensive and I didn't like the shorter brace height on it.

There's a Field and Stream video on youtube comparing the Encounter with some higher end bows and you can't tell the difference

    Nice!!

I see they changed out the green finish on the limb pockets and cams for flat black. Interesting. I liked the green and thought it was unique.

I've seen pictures with the green, but I'm a fan of black. That and I don't think that the color matters very much.

    I hear ya!

Turns out bass pro didn't have a bare left hand bow in store and then didn't have it online when I checked this evening! They only have the package in lefty.

Ordered one from amazon though and got the qad ultra hd rest for less than bass pros price.

Will do! I just got the tracking number for both the bow and rest. Hoping the bow will get here this week and I'll be good to go. Got all my accessories ready. Even got a dozen PileDriver PassThru Extreme 350 shafts and fletched them with nap quickfletch. Can't wait :)
