A good pair of shorts/pants and a good belt. I don't even know the stuff is there. Once you start you don't even know the stuff is there.
That's easy. I stopped letting my mom wash my cloths 20 years ago. However girl friends and wives can be a issue. My wife washed my cell phone twice before she quit washing my cloths. It was a mutual agreement.
